Ok so recently I got an email from someone who asked for my help. He's cool. I hope he doesn't mind that I used his email, but I feel this could help a lot of people because many people experience this same problem that he mentioned in his email.  Here is the email. Where he tells the problem that many people have, and then I answer the question and let him know the best way to go about getting 360 waves:

"Well here's my Promblem I permed my hair like to weeks ago to have it sit flat and straight and like a couple weeks after that I want to get waves so I been searching on the Internet of how to get 360 waves and the best detailed video I saw was yours so I was like I need more help I been brushing but I never got my hair cut cause I didn't think I needed to so I don't know what to do so this is when I need your help ASAP"

Ok I understand you. You messed up when you permed it. You need curly hair to get waves. So first you need to remove the perm, then get a hair cut. After you do those two things you get yourself a good wave brush and make sure you brush your hair everyday! You need to be brushing your hair like every ten minutes. Not Literally every ten minutes but you need to have your brush with you all the time and every chance you get you need to get a brush session in. That is the most effective way to get them fast.
Also when you go to sleep make sure you wear a Durag to improve and speed up your progress.
Also only get your haircut 1 time very month. You can go longer than 1 month without cutting it but never cut it in  more than 1 time in a month. This is the method that get the results the fastest ! Good luck in your 360 wave journey, if you have more question let me know and I'll get back to you. 360 waves up!
